Any parent/guardian who helps out, for any reason, with activities for the children during the school year has to be Garda Vetted for Ballintotas NS. You should print off this form, fill in the first page, in full, and return the completed form along with ORIGINAL, relevant pieces of identification (as per the guidelines on the application form), to Áine Wimpenny in the office, who in turn will complete the school’s part of the form and post it the the relevant authority.
You will then receive an email invite from the e-vetting service to complete the rest of the Garda Vetting Form online. This last online step must be done within one month of receiving the online invite.
